Adlucent devised a comprehensive Performance Max (PMax) strategy to address Global Healing’s growth objectives. The strategy comprised two pivotal components:

• Bidding Strategy: Adlucent strategically divided PMax campaigns into two categories – those focused on acquiring new customers and those targeting existing loyal customers. This segmentation facilitated a targeted approach, ensuring a balance between nurturing current customers and capturing new audiences.
• Campaign Structure: Adlucent meticulously organized PMax campaigns based on top-selling products, opportunity items, product bundles, and health benefits. This granular approach allowed for efficient scaling of each campaign, enabling the promotion of trending products and the effective targeting of potential new customers.

In addition to the PMax strategy, Adlucent provided guidance on creative elements required to stand out in the fiercely competitive market. Moreover, Adlucent strategically used Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help Global Healing identify specific audience demographics interested in vitamins and supplements, which was then integrated into their shopping strategy.

With Adlucent’s meticulously implemented PMax strategy, Global Healing outperformed its marketing goals with a 99.8% increase in revenue year-over-year (YoY) and a 72.1% increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Additionally, first-time purchasers grew 33% from December to January.
